Mr. Juned B : (Technical Superintendent) Ex-Marine Engineer having more than 15 years of experience on Bulk, Container, Oil Tanker, Ro-Ro vessel and other dry cargo vessels, 10 years as sailing experience and 5 years at ashore

Ms. Aarti Mule was appointed as Crewing Executive. To Support the Crewing Manager in end-to-end crew change activities and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, selection, and deployment of seafarers.
• Coordinate crew changes, travel arrangements, visas, and joining formalities.
• Ensure crew certification, training, and documentation comply with company and statutory requirement
• Liaise with ship owners, managers, and manning agents regarding crew requirements.
• Maintain crew records and monitor certificate validity.
• Ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, and flag state regulations.
• Handle crew performance evaluations and welfare matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and procure marine stores, spare parts, and consumables.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Responsible for all operational and documentation matters.
• Maintain procurement records and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with vessel operations and suppliers to meet procurement schedules.

As a Business Development Executive, Sandra is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding the company’s market presence, and strengthening key client relationships. She works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop sustainable partnerships, and support long-term commercial objectives. Known for her strategic mindset, professionalism, and results-driven approach, she consistently contributes to business expansion through market analysis, effective negotiation, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Cadet to Master with P&O Bulk Shipping. Mainly on Gas Carriers.

• On shore as a Surveyor and Senior Surveyor attending to work allocated by various P&I Clubs. Was involved in several major casualties.
• Exclusive Surveyor to Bechtel (non-US work) for carriage of their critical cargoes to various Ports in the world. Power and Oil terminals.
• Managing Director to various Offshore Shipping Companies, Zamil Marine, Arina Offshore and others.
• He is now semi-retired but still maintains an active Marine Portfolio of self-sustaining work. Mainly in advising various companies as required. Also, he still conducts investigations on major casualties when occurring in the Marine world.
• Charles has some 30 years of experience in the Marine industry which he brings to our company.

Ms. Shafaque Fatma Qazi

Designation: Crew Sourcing Executive

Ms. Shafaque Fatma Qazi is responsible for the overall management and technical operations of our fleet.

• Will be responsible for all aspects of crew management of our Vessels.
• Management of the long term crewing strategy.
• Budgeting and cost control for entire crewing department.
• Responsible for sourcing cv's through multiple channel.
• Responsible for all operational and documentation matters.
• Keep database in check and update them regularly.
• Handle phone calls and all related correspondence.
• Documentation of all the tasks in details.

Mr. Umesh Shinde was appointed as Crewing Manager. A fabulous work experience of 12 years. Umesh has obtained a deep knowledge both from the perspective of a ship manager and owner with specialization in training, recruitment, marine operations, Audits and development of crewing strategies.

• Will be responsible for all aspects of crew management of our Vessels.
• Ensuring the quality of crew (both Officers and Ratings) line-up for assigned fleet of vessels.
• Maintain the communication with the client, onboard crew and vessel.
• Management of the long term crewing strategy.
• Budgeting and cost control for entire crewing department.
• Responsible for sourcing cv's through multiple channel.
• Responsible for all operational and documentation matters.
• Monitor that all required crew records.

Ms. Sarah Sajid Karbelkar has been appointed as an Accounts Executive. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the complete accounts of Nessa Ship Management Pvt Ltd, and the accounts-related needs of the seafarer population employed by NSM worldwide. Through her experience, she has developed strong expertise in handling maritime accounts, ensuring accuracy, and timely financial support for global crew operations.

• Documenting financial transactions.
• Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply  with the government regulations.
• Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities.
• Cooperate with CA in preparing audit reports, GST & accounting related work.
• Daily update on tally portal regarding monthly expenses, sales & purchase report.
• Prepare a monthly invoice & send it to appropriate client.
• Implementing and maintaining efficient email processes and workflows.

Began his sea career in 1989, sailing as Captain for 26 years on vessels ranging from Product/Chemical tankers to Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC) with World Tankers, Genmar, AET, and Frontline Ship Management (Singapore) until 2016.

In 2016, Capt. Praveen came ashore and has since held various positions in Ship Management, Marine Insurance, Post Chartering, and Marine Consultancy Services.

He has also been actively conducting audits, including Pre-vetting, HSQE, ISM, ISPS, MLC, Pre-purchase, Delivery, and Pre-chartering audits for various ship owners.
